How to fix file size 0.00 KB

  • Some of the PDF files available on our website for download via your Download Manager plugin are showing a file size of 0.00 KB. Other PDF files are correctly showing their actual file size. Is there a way to “refresh” your plugin to show the correct file sizes for the “0.00 KB” files without deleting and re-uploading the PDF files? Is there a setting that we can change that prevents this “0.00 KB” file size error from happening? We are not using any 3rd party storage – files are downloadable directly from our website. Thank you.

    I manually edited each download item to change its displayed file size from 0.00 KB to the correct file size. This has “fixed” the problem until it happens again. If you have any suggestions for what I might have done to cause this so I can avoid it in the future, please let me know. Thank you.
