How to fix corrupted WP?

    I was redoing my client’s site using the fbiz theme and everything was fine. Then something got corrupted and I started getting 404 errors on pages. The webhost fixed that (no it wasn’t an htaccess error)

    I needed to removed the sidebars and now the pages don’t have the main header at the top with this

    /* Template Name: No Sidebar Page */ get_header(); ?>

    Any idea how to fix this? When I show the sidebars the header cext omes back. I could live with blank sidebars, but I can’t seem to get rid of the categories and archives
