How to fix autosave url that redirected original url to the autosave url?

Somehow my post, https://canwilldone.com/do-something-to-get-your-mojo-back, was automatically redirected to https://canwilldone.com/409-autosave-v1/. Furthermore, I have no clue what created the https://canwilldone.com/409-autosave-v1/ url. Since this is not an actual url when https://canwilldone.com/do-something-to-get-your-mojo-back is redirected to https://canwilldone.com/409-autosave-v1/ url the result is a page not found 404 Error.

(1) What created the https://canwilldone.com/409-autosave-v1/ url?
(2) Is it safe to redirect the https://canwilldone.com/409-autosave-v1/ url to the correct url? If not, then…
(3) what is the best way to resolve this issue?
