    The next version of the plugin, 2.5.0, will support fetchpriority for images. I see that your LCP image already correctly has data-hero to be server-side rendered. If you also add fetchpriority=high to the underlying img that will improve performance once 2.5.0 is out. We hope to release 2.5.0 today.

    Additionally, you may consider enabling native images on the AMP settings screen. The use of amp-img is now largely obsolete since AMP supports img given that browsers support lazy-loading natively.
