How to fix 500 Internal Server Error? My WP login has changed.

Whenever I try to access the dashboard of my WP site, it keeps throwing the 500 internal server error.
I suspect that what’s causing the error is the change in the URL. From https://sitename.com/wp-login.php it has become https://sitename.com/home/wp-login.php.
Problem is, since I can’t login to WP, I’m not sure how to fix this. Error started when I switch multilingual plugins.

Disable multilingual plugins via phpMyAdmin.
