How to fix 404 error

    Hi, First i am new to WordPress, So i just purchased hosting on hostgator and domain name there, Then i wanted to start WordPress, so in the Cpanel of hostgator i clicked on quick install and went through the process of quick install and installed my website, Then they gave me the wordpress login panel and my site is live now. But the problem is that i can not login or open https://www.speedcart.net or https://www.speedcart.net/wp-admin without proxy website. I can open it with another proxy website but cant open directly. I reinstalled my whole windows and browsers end even checked on other computers, but it is not working, Kindly help me.
