how to find rss or atom link for a particular category or page

This is probably really obvious, so I’m sorry for having to ask!
I want to display 3 or 4 different rss feeds in the widget, with the tabs at the top. I just don’t know how to find the rss URLs I need to enter!
For example, what is the rss URL of this page? https://nesep.co.uk/?page_id=223
or this one? https://nesep.co.uk/?page_id=219
Sorry if I am using the wrong words to describe things, I haven’t used an rss feed before.
