how to find and delete unused images on the server

    Hi there,
    I already tried the plugin Clean Up Images to find and delete the images on the server i don’t use, but this only deleted ALL my images in the index or something (I am new to wordpress) and NOT on the server. Now my server is still too full and I can’t delete the images manually because there are too many of them. Any help is much appreciated.
