How to find and delete hidden text on my website

  • Hi there,
    My website is gotoplaypiano.com and it was compromised after hack. Most of the “Viagra” text I found at header.php and erased it. Now the site is not any more compromised but still have some hidden text I can’t find. If you type gotoplaypiano.com in google search field there will be text next to my site :
    “It was awarded service connection for a Tadalafil Cialis From India Tadalafil
    Cialis From India pending status of ejaculation? Pfizer announced unexpected
    high … “

    I’ve already checked text same color trick and I couldn’t find anything.
    Please, help me how to find hidden text and to erase it. Thank you.
