How to find a specific page/post on the admin side?

  • There is one page/post on my site that apparently still has comments enabled, because all of a sudden I’m getting spammy comments posted to it and I’m being notified to that effect.

    So fine, I know how to disable that, except I CANNOT FIND THE PAGE!!!

    On the admin side I’ve searched both pages and posts and none match (or come close) to the title that’s listed in the notification email: https://www.a2u2.org/locations/allen-avenue-uu-church/

    I’ve checked the trash and drafts — again, nothing there that matches. I’ve tried searching the slug — no luck.

    Any suggestions for tracking down this page or post?

  • The link you’ve posted is to a post that’s a custom post type: Location. So it won’t be under Pages or Posts. There should be a “Locations” option in the admin sidebar where it will be listed. Or you could just visit the URL while signed in and click the “Edit” link in the admin bar along the top of the screen.
