How to filter posts for Union or intersection

Hi there,

Can someone tell me how I can filter the posts in my blog to get the Union or intersection of Categories?

I noticed that if I use ?cat=1,3 I get the union of all posts in category 1 or category 3.

Is there a way I can only show posts that are in both category 1 AND category 3?
