how to fill the users avatar (and filename) from outer source

    If you don’t change the default, only must to create a directory with the same name of the user id in wp-content/upload/avatars/ and put in two files with the same filename with two different suffix: -bpfull[.jpg] and -bpthumb[.jpg]
