How to fetch custom editable data from customer in Dokan Multivendor Plugin

    I’ve already designed my Multi Vendor Dokan website but there some extra requirements for the website which I am not able to do or don’t know to look in which direction.

    I want my customers to add in some extra custom information which can be seen by the customer and also editable. When the customer orders something that particular piece of custom information should be sent to the Vendor. Also to fetch custom information I need to instruct my customers through graphics with every custom field

    Like if I want my customer to type in their weight and height which will be saved in their account. And when they order anything that detail will be automatically sent to the vendor
    and the Customer can also edit their details from time to time

    I’m new to Dokan, Woocommerce and really could use some help. Thank you in advance.

    Okay, if I understand correctly you want to collect extra information for the item a customer orders. Is that right?

    WooCommerce actually has an extension for this purpose (paid plugins) – https://woocommerce.com/products/product-add-ons/

    Dokan’s Pro version has compatibility with this extension so vendors are able to add their own custom fields to their products. The submitted information will be available for the vendor or customer like any other default WooCommerce features in the order details.
