How-TO, FAQ Blocks

@akiraanastasia The How To and FAQ blocks are only able to created when using the Gutenberg editor, as the blocks functionality is part of the Gutenberg editor. We also have more information on this here: https://yoast.com/the-block-editor-gutenberg-why-you-should-be-using-it/
