How to extract contents of only one page/plugin from .sql.gz backup file

  • I needed to re-design a website. Before re-designing the website, I created a backup through a plugin and it was in .sql.gz format. After re-designing the website I found out that contents from ‘Testimonial’ page is missing. Now that the website is re-designed, I don’t want to import previous backup. I just need the contents of the ‘Testimonail’ Page.

    I had even used a Testimonial Plugin for Testimonials. So, I guess I need to extract Testimonial from the plugin itself.

    The problem is, How do I extract contents of specific page or plugin from my previous .sql.gz backup file?
