How to extend subject?

    I intend to extend the subject by a piece of text in front of the standard text

    $event_name = $this->_em_event->event_name;
$event_name = "[My Homepage] - ".$event_name;

    But this leads to cryptic text. Can you help?

    Hi Dirk,
    I have just released a completely rewritten version of this add-on. The previous was not written by me. ??

    You can now set a default subject and content (optional) in the plugin settings. Any EM placeholder (also custom placeholders) can be used. I would recommend not changing the plugin code manually, because those changes will be lost when the plugin is updated.

    You could better create a custom EM placeholder if you want customized output. ??
