how to extend file size to maximum

  • Dear,

    i want to upload maximum file size in post in attachment please guide me how , when i uploading file message appear that you can upload max 2mb file,

    or

    can i upload my files manually using ftp to up-include folder ? can i give a link in my post please help me on this.
