How to export users with permission group

We are not really have deep information related to which plugin can import permissions group.

However, this is how we stored the information in the database: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/presspermit-database-setttings/

You could confirm with any import/export plugin if they can export those database table along while importing the user.
