how to export just posts and pages to reinstall everything

is there a way to simply extract the data of the posts and pages so that I can blow away my current wp install, install everything from scratch and then import the posts and pages again?

i should have left well enough alone. i was using tinymce as an editor and decided to try the newish ckeditor. i didn’t like it so i tried to go back to tinymce (i had disabled tinymce while trying ckeditor.

since then, i’ve been getting some odd things on my site mainly settled around existing images displaying as a broken url. it’s only happening to images on pages/posts that i worked on while using ckeditor.

it’s also partially broken sexybookmarks. the links are all still there but all of the icons are gone. so i can mouseover the area where sexybookmarks had been and it works as though the icons are there. this is only happening with the one of the “share the…” choices. If i switch to a different “share the….” then everything is fine. the icons come back.

additionally, on pages i worked on, things like setting the header size doesn’t render properly. if i go back a previous revision before ckeditor then the problem goes away.

i have tried to reinstall wordpress and sexybookmarks and tinymce advanced without luck. i also tried lester chan’s plugin
