How to export/Import CMP settings

    Dear CMP team,

    it happens to me quite often that I need to import demo data of a WP Theme AFTER I set up a CMP coming soon page and the result is that my CMP settings and data are deleted and have to redo the setup from scratch.

    Could you please tell me how to backup my CMP settings and data in order to import them after I install a new WP theme and imported the demo data ? Which tables are impacted ?

    Hi @cristinark! Thanks for reaching out, it is interesting the CMP data are deleted after demo import of WP Theme. It should stay untouched unless there is a whole database reset involved.

    We do not use custom table in database, therefore I don’t suggest to backup CMP settings manually via database.

    BUT, good news for you, import/export of CMP settings is scheduled for next CMP update, which might get released in about ~2 weeks.
