How to export vat element

Hello! Thanks once again for the great plugin. Yandex Market is looking for the <vat> element for each <offer>. They list the possible values here:

https://yandex.ru/support/partnermarket/elements/vat.html

How can I include this in the .yml file? If it makes it any easier, all offers will have the same <vat> value (VAT_0), so for now it’s not even necessary to get this information from anywhere, although it would be nice to know if there is a way of adding this as an attribute and exporting it as <vat></vat>.
