  • @myco2 thanks for reaching out to us, unfortunately, I did not clearly understand the popup that you shared and the screenshot was a bit unclear, would you please confirm the specific popup that you are looking at?

I want to talk about this pop up https://share.zight.com/jku8YdR6#

Hi @myco2 thanks for getting back to me and for the clarification.

To adjust the size of the popup on mobile, depending on your current theme styles and screen size, you’d need to add some custom CSS to change the size. Would you please share a public link where you are testing this out?

Hi @myco2, I hope all is well. I wanted to follow up on the setup you are currently working on. Were you able to obtain a sample link that we can use to test the popup? The workaround for this situation involves adding some page-specific custom CSS. This will allow you to target the popup’s width, enabling you to set the desired width and adjust it across various screen sizes.

Additionally, I’d like to share that we are actively working on a more robust version of the plugin. This upcoming version will provide increased flexibility regarding how we handle the display of templates, including popups.
