How to execute animation to play before site loads?

If you guys have not checked out adobe Edge Animate its pretty awesome… You can do cool animations and it will spit out some html files and java script… If you double click the html file it will load in a browser and play the animations you just made… Sweet!

Here is the problem… How exactly and where exactly should I put the html files and javascript files in my wp directory so I can execute these files and play this animation and then fade out of that and into the site… kinda like those pre-loader images but I want this whole animation I made to play… and on top of all that this is for a sub site that is not the main site in my multi-site installation…

I am pretty sure I will need to write some code and put it somewhere to to have it do all this… And to top it off this is on a NGINX server…
