    do you see my Image? is look like the insert don’t work

    How to exclued ip adresses?
    I add an IP after i save it but when i refresh the page the ip vanish!
    I put the Screenshot, maybe i wrote it bad?

    Hi Selena,

    Thank you for reaching out. It looks like there’s a period character (.) at the end of the IP address in the screenshot you provided. Could you please try removing that character then try saving again and see if it sticks?

    thank a lot, now it’s works perfectly!
    + Small question i didn’t find how to change the timing zone of the click,
    for instance i am in France right now and i have to 7 hour from reports to fit.

    Hi Selena,

    I’m glad to hear that did the trick. Currently, our reports only operate in UTC but we have a feature request in place to make it compatible with local timezones so I’ll be sure to add your vote into our feature tracker.
