    Hello everyone.

    I hope someone can help me with this since Michael is away for now.
    Does anyone know which is the line I need to add to Autoptimize Javascript exclude so the the visual editor shows on the frontend?

    I have currently disabled all the Javascript code optimize as a temporary solution but I really need it back on!

    Please let me know.
    Thanks!

    is “visual editor” a plugin? can you share the URL? and is visual editor available for anonymous visitors, or only for logged on users?

    Hey Frank,

    With visual editor I mean WordPress text editor which I have replaced with tinyMCE Advanced, which is available for everyone in the frontend, (both logged in and anonymous users).

    The site is still under construction so I can’t post the URL, but I can email it to you if you’d like.

    so the plugin tineMCE advanced makes the visual text editor available on the frontend, right?

    if you could mail me the URL (futtta at gmail dot com) I’d be happy to have a quick look around ??

    so had a look, can you try to add the following to the comma-separated JS optimization exclusion-list;

    wp-inludes/js/jquery, tinymce, tinyMCE

    If that does not work, you’ll have to check your browser console for errors and post them here.

    Alternatively (if you can’t get it to work with the exclusions) you could also force AO not to optimize the pages on which you want tinyMCE (advanced) to be available using a couple of lines of code that hook in to AO’s API.

    Thanks Frank! I added these lines and it seems to be working.
    I’ll let you know till I test it more.

    Thanks again!
    One of the best plugin support I’ve seen!
