How to exclude VAT class?

  • Hello,

    this plugin works fine but I can’t find a way to prevent some products from this system. I need to apply same rate for all countries. I created a specific VAT rate and I’ve applied it to the product. The problem is that EU VAT rate is still being applied.

    As indicated in the FAQ, the EU VAT Assistant doesn’t affect VAT calculation. All calculations are performed by WooCommerce itself, our plugin simply collects the VAT data after it has been calculated.

    If the applied VAT is incorrect, then there could be some error in the configuration of some rates. The WooCommerce documentation explains how to configure tax classes and rates: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/.

    If you need assistance troubleshooting the VAT calculation, you can ask directly on the WooCommerce Support forum. They will be able to explain how you should configure your system to obtain the result you desire.
