I want this popup not showing itself for search engines like google , yandex bing etc. This is required for seo compatible purposes.
How can I exclude google bots?
So they can see the content without popup but visitors will see.
    Is that possible?

I don’t know any trick, that can do this. Google knows more and more about a website, even with javascript and css.

And one thing, that is always a good advice is never trick with Google. So it has to be Google proof in a way, Google understands, that this popup is part of the website and it is for a good reason. Hiding elements or tricking Google is never a good idea.

I really want to make this popup “Google compatible”, but I want to do it the right way.

Is this pop up just a div popping as an overlay and coded in the footer, and not the first thing the SEs read?

    Hi vpbay,

right, this popup is “just” a div in the footer. ??

Do you know anything about popups and Google? If you have any informations about this topic, I would be grateful to read some articles.
