I am using WPML to translate products of my webstore. Now the problem is, I get automatically both language versions to Facebook shop, and English ones are missing the picture. Probably because to save space in database, I have not duplicated the pictures of products for translations.

How do I exclude these products from syncing to Facebook automatically? They don’t have any specific tag or category, every product is translated of course.. Would language be possible to add to “Exclude” parameters?

Or even better solution would be: how to get the picture included to both language versions and put them to another product group in Facebook based on language.. or to another Facebook shop page (that is for other language visitors)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @36yutang, the options to exclude products from Facebook sync by language or to sync to different shop pages by language is not a feature of Facebook for WooCommerce. To do this will require customization. I recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page if you’d like to create a solution for your site. You may also want to check with the support for WPML if they have any suggestions since the languages are added by their plugin.

You could also make a feature request for the plugin here. Our developers use this page to gauge interest in new features for the plugin.

Hi @36yutang. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help or have any other questions, please start a new thread.
