How to exclude Forminator from caching

Hi, we use Forminator for our forms. We recently had an incident where the forms would appear to submit but then would not send via email or show up in submissions. To fix it, I turned off page caching for each form and added forminator JS to Async JavaScript, Autoptimize, and WP Rocket, and now it works. However, the issue now is that pages with Forminator forms are very slow. Is there a way to exclude Forminator from caching, without having to avoid caching the whole page?
