How to exclude a subdomain.

I am not running in network mode. I have a question 2 answer WordPress integration running on a sub-domain. It loads (parts of) WordPress from another folder that serves my sub-domain on my host.
…/wordpress/ – https://nextgenthemes.com – W3Total cache runs fine there, only enhanced page cache is on. Nothing else.
…/q2a/ – https://community.nextgenthemes.com – The sites outputs gibberish to now logged in users. How to I disable cache there?
