How to exclude a subdirectory?

    Hi – I’m testing updraft and I want to back up a site that has a “downloads” folder full of very large files.

    The file is located in uploads/2012/bigfiles/downloads

    In the box for “exclude these” (the one under “uploads”, I tried entering “downloads” and “uploads/2012/bigfiles/downloads” (minus the quotes of course) but it still tried to back up all of the files (500+ mb) in this folder.

    How do I exclude just this “downloads” folder?
