How to exclude a post thumnail in widget when on same post

    The feature doesn’t exist in the plugin.

    It is a good suggestion, but will increase the load on the plugin because it will need to detect the main post ID and then run an exclusion on the posts list.
    The plugin is struggling on performance issues already.
