How to enter text in footer widget

    I’m a novice WordPress user. I need to change text in a footer widget (bottom left at https://vaseagrant.vims.edu) I have found the Footer 1 Widget, but can’t find anywhere to add or change text, don’t see anything on that page except the ‘Partner Institutions’ heading for the widget?
