How to ensure right Pick & Pack

We are an ecommerce operation thinking of using this plug in to manage stock level and ensure correct products are picked when preparing the order. I am clear about how to manage inventory levels from your video. However I am not sure how do we ensure we have picked up the right product for each order when preparing the parcel ?

We should be able to pick the product and scan, which than matches the order product and if it is not listed in the order, it shows an error on the scanner and once all the products are scanned from the order, the order is marked as ready to ship or atleast indicate with a tick the products that are scanned for the order.
