    Hello,

    I’m not an expert in WordPress.

    I like Twenty Eleven theme but I would enlarge my pages in order to have more content on each line. I thought I should customize the theme. So, I created a child theme and tried to have some parameters from the original style.css file copied/pasted/modified in my style.css. However, nothing changed for the moment. But they are so many…

    Please, could you help? A width like this seen on WPPA+ website for instance, but still responsive, would be fine.

    Hi there,

    I solved my problem. My child theme did not work indeed. This was due to the fact that Twenty Eleven may only have child theme using method @import (which is not recommended for more recent themes). I discovered that thanks to an analysis performed by extension Child Theme Configurator.
