How to encrypt the URL of a WP page

Dear All,
Nowadays I usually see such URLs:
https://somedomain.sd/page.php?pa=encryptedcodeofthepage.Here is a real example: https://vallalkozoiskola.hu/page.php?pa=4c7464e5-b43d-53f3-071d-4f4775520540.
My question is which WP plugin does this or how I can make my page URLs to look like this?
