How to enable visitor to write post on my WP site?

  • I have site and I need to allow user to publish post on it, what would be necessarily for me to install or to configure? I want it to be very user friendly, visitor only needs to click a button from my site’s homepage and s/he will see a popup or be re-directed to a page where s/he can write post and choose a pre-defined categories OR create a new category and publish it right away. And as the owner I will receive a notice by email.
