How to enable vertical mouse scrolling to sections?

    I created vertical fullpage . In that keyboard navigation it works perfect. But when I use mouse scroll, that’s not working. How to do that?

    Note: I don’t want to scroll bar visible in Browser. I need mouse scroll work like Keyboard up and down button. Scroll to down and up to sections.

    please Help me to make page user-friendly on desktop and mobile touch.
