How to enable translation

    I would like the service texts like the words “Menu’ “Tags” “Categories” to be in another language – I have the .po file ready, how do I set it up?

    If you’d like to email me the file I’ll add it to the core theme for the next update. [email protected]

    For now, you can place it in the languages folder found in wp-content/themes/generatepress

    Tom, I guess i am confused. I have the ru_Ru.po file, which is already included and translated as a part of your theme, but on the front end the menus are still in English. What is that that I do wrong?

    The front end menu items are controlled by you in “Appearance > Menus”.

    So you would just have to open the menu items and change the Navigation Label to your language.
