How to enable “Send Notification” menu for lower capability users.

    Urgent! I am using your plugin on my site. My site represents an organization where different people work in various roles.

    The users with higher-level capabilities on site can trigger notifications manually under the “Send Notification” tab.

    But lower capability users are not able to see this option on their WP dashboard.

    My question is how to show this option/menu (Send Notification) to the users I want solely. I do not want to give the “Manage option” capability to those.
