How to enable normal users to post on the specified Blogs?

  • On my site 3.0.1 MU enabled, I allow user to register his account and create his own blog. But I also have some public Blogs (serves as the FAQ Blog) on which every users on the site are supposed to be able post new articles.

    How could I implement this?
