    hello i try to enable mod_mpm_prefork from cpanel but i got this message

    This is not a WordPress question. It’s really about the configuration of your web server. Please contact your host as they know how things are best set up there.

    Considering that you will most likely break your site if you make this change, my suggestion is to leave things as-is. (FYI, the only valid usage cases for mpm_prefork are on servers running Windows. Everyone else, and that includes you, should be using mpm_event and either mod_fcgid or PHP-FPM.)

    If you have a managed VPS, ask your hosting company to set up mod_fcgid or PHP-FPM for you. Otherwise, I suggest hiring someone.
