How to enable list of atendees form if multiple tickets purchased?

In the demo, when you add multiple tickets, a form shows below where you can enter the names of attendees. So if 3 tickets are added, then a form below automatically appears and shows 3 text areas where use can enter the names of attendees.

How do you enable this feature? I don’t see it in the settings/options.
