how to enable grid layouts?

    i bought the pro version of this plugin cause only in the pro version you can switch to different grid layout like shown in this video:

    i tried different themes like: astrid, domino, bizberg, education business, fameup and twenty eleven now and not in one theme i could enable this pro feature like in the video. of course, i allways insert the php code in the footer on every theme like it written in describtion.

    how do i enable this pro feature??? i just bought it cause i need this feature and now its not working!

    sorry, it looks like there is some miss understanding, it’s your theme functionality.

    I have checked your video and found that the option which you are referring does not belong to our plugin. Our plugin “Footer Mega Grid & Columns” does not hold this functionality available in video.

    I have checked on the web and found that it is coming from your premium theme “Education Business Pro”. Please refer to your theme documentation. Kindly contact your theme author for this.

    im really sorry … im a bit confused now … the plugin i bought is from essentialplugin.com … and here is also support for it?

    i just asked because it is described here that its possible in pro version to make different grid layouts :
