How to enable discussion/comment, disable article title etc..

    When I am creating an article from Knowledge Base, I have disabled title, uploaded a featured image and enable comments. But in the article page, nothing is applied – title is coming, no featured image and discussion/comments are not enabled at below…

    I checked wordpress discussion settings, I have configured all the necessary stuff… But, I can not see any article specific settings as such, all are wordpress posts…

    I am using Astra theme

    Please help urgently…

    Hi,

    Sorry for the trouble you are having.

    no featured image displayed – The featured image is only used on the category archive page. You can add any image to the top as your featured image on the Article editor via the Gutenberg editor or any page builder you wish to use.

    This Friday we are releasing a bug fix for the comments. Please update on Friday and go to your Front end editor settings for the article page and you can enable the comments from there.

    For my use case, I need to be able to have the majority of my articles with comments disabled, however, there are a handful of articles (in one specific category) that I want comments to be enabled for. From what I can tell, it appears that it is all or nothing for comments.

    The individual article editor checkbox to turn on or off comments does not appear to be working?

    Please advise?
