How to enable/create variable products? Not working…

  • Hi,

    We have a product that is a lecture. The lecture occurs once per month. We want to create variable of the “lecture” product where users can select the date available for the lecture. So for example, the variables would be “October 1, November 1, December 1, etc.

    When creating a new group “dates” the checkbox to enable variable does not work, it can’t be enabled. We can create variable but the end result is a time-out (test mode) and it’s not working.

    What are we missing here?

    Just to confirm with you, have you read the following documentation? This documentation explains how to set up variables in our plugin.

    There might be another plugin conflicting with ours? If the documentation above does not help you, then carryout a plugin/theme conflict test.

    The problems was after product already created wit a base price greater than $0.00 the enable variables box can’t be checked after it has been saved for the first time. When creating a new product if base price is left at $0.00 then it let’s you create variables.
