How to Enable Comments on Pages?

Hi Vineet. You might check your individual posts and make sure “Allow comments” option is enabled in the Discussion section below the post editor. If you don’t see the Discussion section, click the Screen Options tab in the upper righthand corner, then select “Discussion”.

I have done this, but its not displaying comment on the above given page.

Not sure what you mean. Comments are not normally displayed on the home page. They are displayed on individual post pages.
