How to enable comments on a page with posts (blog)

Hello ~ I use the Weaver template, and on my blog https://www.painttheparks.com/blog-2 the comment function does not work. “Leave a comment” shows up, but when I click on it, nothing happens…I’ve tried all the obvious stuff – enabled comments on the page and under “discussions”…the blog is a page with posts format ~ is that a problem? It acts more like a regular page and doesn’t seem to recognize the individual posts…HELP! Thanks so much!
