• Hi Support,
    We have your great Worldpay all installed and configured and there is one small thing left.
    We contacted Worldpay as it is going from the checkout > Worldpay and then the test credit card numbers are all going through ok.

    The issue faced is that it doesn’t auto-return back to the store with a success, failure or cancelled page displayed, but stays on the Worldpay page with:

    This was not a live transaction. No money has changed hands.
    Thank you, your payment was successful.

    Usually a payment gateway would return to the shop so any input greatly appreciated.
    Worldpay said something needs adding into the plugin but I’m not so sure – it might be just a simple setting? They are suggested they can manually redirect to static HTML pages on the site but the preference would be a callback and dynamic ‘success or failure’ page ideally.

    Hi @atombomb,

    The plugin is coded in such a way that after the payment is authorized via 3DS it should redirect the user back to the order processed page. What permalink settings are you using? The plugin does best when pretty url’s are used such as the “post name” permalink setting.

    If the redirect was occuring though and it was permalinks I suspect you would just get a 404 page not found screen. Can you confirm you are in fact using this plugin? Many times people confuse Online Worldpay with the WooCommerce Business Gateway plugin.
