How to enable already registered subscribers submit tickets?

Wheres the settings for this, to confusing.

I thought this would be simple but it aint.

Installed as normal, tested from different browser in a woo-commerce account to find already registered subscriber customer cannot create a ticket, Why ?

Hi @subwebsites,

You can put a link where the subscriber can write a ticket when they purchase a subscription. You can find out more information in the following link:

The subscriber should be able to write tickets when their purchase is approved. Also, make sure you have at least one menu already configured in your WordPress APPEARANCE->MENUS screen. You can read more information here:

Already registered subscribers, how can they submit tickets even if they havent purchased a product, just plain standard subscribers?

WOW, after hrs & hours searching, this is what I found.

For this instance was User Role Editor
Once installed & activated, go USER>User Role Editor

Can also use the other plugin called “Advanced Access Manager” to do the same thing

I think you need some more simpler instructions, something easy like what I just added here yes ?

I have also noticed this doesnt appear as shown in yr Documentation
